The way around the original rule was to use shared ships. Admins don;t give a crap about your shared ships and at the end of the day all this rule does is lower the amount of sanctions of re-engaging being done.
Basically, in my opinion, the rule has gone from being specific to vague. Good stuff Disco, another rule to encourage the dickheads and trouble the real players.
I don't see any benefit in this change.
