Here's my problems with it. Hogosha NPCs are coded as unlawful in the game files, and the Hogosha NPCs will commit piracy on the lanes. Someone who RPs as KNF/KSP is expected to shoot down the Hogosha NPCs when they do this, its expected of them. What happens when you shoot an NPC faction, eventually you go red to it. So a KNF/KSP player who RPs his faction perfectly will end up red to Hogosha, and the damn base blow them up if they ever come to visit their capital planet. I know this happens, because one or two of my KNF ships have been shot at by this damn base while flying near NT.

Now, that was a while ago, it was actually the last time I logged into the server for anything, because I wont participate in something so stupid as unlawful base in orbit over lawful capital planet shooting the house military without provocation. I felt the same way when that stupid IDF base was shooting my GRN indies in Tau-31, its just ... words do not exist to adequately describe the level of stupidity, and it happens to people who play the RP perfectly.

That is separate and apart from the OORP horse apples that come out from bases at all. I mean, we have Hogosha player launching KNF battleship to defend Hogosha base that is shooting lawful traders. There are so many things wrong with that I have lost count. KNF ships are red-cell to Hogosha so basically the ID is used as a throwaway. This server is not supposed to be gang warfare, remember? Not supposed to have clans using whatever optimal tech and fighting everybody else who is also using random tech, yet here we are, and its all because of POBs. Good job fellas

im not just a 'hogosha player' I am in every faction in Kusari (almost) and it was reported to me on several channels (not the hogosha one however) so I undocked a Kusari Battleship since it was clear I was not going to get any help from anyone else. otherwise I mightve just undocked a KSP bomber or KPT cruiser. Regardless however it is not like I would be able to do anything about him without technically breaking a line in the ID.

You know, it's really not that hard to press esc before you're through the lane, cruise 10k around the base, and not have a single shot fired at you from the base even if you're hostile.

What if i dock/undock from New Tokyo?

kusari restart means you wont get shot if you undock from NT. If you are hostile to the base and decide to dock on the planet anyway then it is your own fault should you not be able to leave.
