Ohayo gozaimasu Mr. Tomiyama, I am Yuuta Segawa, the vice CEO of Interspace Commerce, owners of Otemachi Trade Annexe.

We always welcome friendly faces to our base, especially those of our fine friends the Gas Miner's Guild. There will probably be no problem with allowing you docking rights to our station, however we need you to answer a few questions first.

• Do you have any special enemies who may pose a threat to you, as well as a threat to the personnel of Otemachi and Otemachi itself? Note that this won't make you instantly ineligible to gain docking rights, it just gives us a chance to make sure our security is capable of dealing with the threats.
  
  
• What is the name of your ship? Our Traffic Control operators will need to know this in order to let you dock.
  
  
• How is your standing with the Kusari Naval Forces and Kusari State Police?
