Hello again Mr. Tomoyashi.

I am sorry to say that I overlooked an agreement between IC| and GMG| concerning Otemachi. It seems, per our contract with GMG|, that only official and primary GMG| miners are allowed to dock at and mine for Otemachi. I have included a copy of the contract and agreement below, showing where this is stated.

We wish that it was allowed for you to maintain docking rights with our base, but seeing as how Okinawa is GMG|'s space, we must follow their rules. If you still wish to mine for Otemachi, then you will need to speak to the primary part of the Guild about joining their ranks.

We understand you may have unfinished business aboard Otemachi, so we are allowing you enough time to finish any business you may have here, but after a certain period of time, your docking rights will unfortunately be revoked.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, and hope that we can continue our business in the future.
