And lawfuls shooting lawfuls is fine if the RP justifies it, whats really not inRP is to shoot kusari lawful bases ( lawful for example Samura or Kishiro ).
Even if it violates your worthless codex which is being abused anyway.

Yes that is correct, to dock on the Hogosha base you need to bribe the Hogosha.
That is how bases work.
It is the same for most bases that are constructed by players and even ones that are there for NPCs if you have not already got the rep for it, that is what bar NPCs are for.

I am not sure how to take the next part of your comment, are you for lawfuls shooting lawfuls but not the base?

I am not sure about the idea of blaming others when you don't read the useless codex and then get consequences that were a logical extension of the effect you precipitated.
This is what happens in all houses with their useless laws.

Funny that. Even a full Hogosha cannot dock on that base. I know, as i have one. You have to have your put on thier list. Hense another reason i find that base OORP. It should allow Hogosha to dock there, as it allows many MANY other non Hogosha transports land there. I have yet to see an actual Hogosha ship land there. I have only seen non Hogosha transports, Probably supplying the base, and maybe buying items made there.(which last i looked was also against Codex in Kusari) But i am sure this 1 base is also exempt from that part of law also.

Let me ask a few questions if I may to increase my understanding here.
Did you request to the BDS to have your Hogosha's name put on the list?
Have you got any proof of anyone buying restricted items from Itabashi?
Is there any point to your last sentence?

I know I have seen Hogosha and non Hogosha docking with Itabashi.
I have not seen anything to suggest that Itabashi is supplying illegal items but would not put it past them.
If you have evidence, please supply it to the proper authorities InRP.
