esp when you allow them to attack without rp, but let them whine when order attack them without rp as well.
meh Im all for opening the nomad ID, that includes their caps, but granted this situation u may consider opening a /restart order as well.

1) Order and Core have the same 'may freely engage' clause in their ID in relation to the Nomads.

2) Gears are already in motion. Give this time and see how things develop - as crazy as it might seem, we've thought through more than you give us credit for.

Yeah well I gotta disagree with the first bit.. cuz from what i've seen, nomads always go for the RP, they think its humans killer point like everytime u shag a nommie without rp all of them will start pm you like " you must RP before u engage!" - the server is really messed up, there seems to be a double standard here.. on one hand, order caps cant go to house space because of their ID but RP permits caps to enter house space, and it wont be hard to come up with a good rp excuse to do that too.
And still, you guys should do a /restart Order
Overall, good job, I like to see the k'hara whining, no one should have explicit control on factions, this server is meant to be free to all
