NOTICE: BPA LICENSING AND CARGO TRANSPORT POLICIES CHANGE

This important update is for anyone who intends to be traveling through Bretonia Space.
After several days of deliberation, her majesty the Queen, BPA Commissioner William Sheppard, and the Bretonian Admiralty concluded their talks regarding Nomad Licensure and the Transport of Hazardous Cargo in the Bretonian systems, including Dublin. The result of the talks are new policies that will affect all persons in Sirius that intend to pass through Bretonia.
You will need a Nomad License IF you are carrying or have mounted:
- Minor Nomad Brain(s)
- Superior Nomad Brain(s)
- Nomad(s)
- Nomad Cannon(s)
- Nomad Blaster(s)
- Nomad Thruster(s)
- Nomad Power Cell(s)*
- Any other Nomad Equipment, such as Capital Ship Nomad Turrets
Alien Organisms DO NOT count as Nomads. They do not require licensure.
Due to certain instances of strange anomalies regarding Nomad weaponry, they have been included as well.
Hazardous Materials - The Bretonia Economic Rejuvenation Initiative
Let us know ahead of time if you are shipping hazardous or sensitive material in Bretonia, and you shall receive an armed police escort courtesy of the Bretonia Economic Rejuvenation Initiative. If you are carrying any of these items in significant quanities, it is strongly recommended that you ask for a escort.

- Deuterium
- Toxic Waste
- H-Fuel
- MOX
- Military Vehicles
- Light Arms
- Nomad Power Cells*: Due to the nature of these objects, it is highly recommended that you obtain an escort while transporting.
Note: Escorts are also available to all citizens of Bretonia and our visitors. Priority, however, will be given to those carrying the above cargo.
The BPA will be responsible for all licensing of craft. All persons must be individually licensed. The first time someone is found without a Nomad license, they will be directed to the registration board(forums). Repeat offenders will be asked to drop their cargo, or they will be killed.
For the situation where a repeat offender is mounting Nomad weaponry, the ship will be asked to leave, or face destruction.
