Extraordinary equipment registry

I am informed by some of our fellow pilots that registration was needed. We usually go to omega-7 and for this i want your approval. If it will come to other systems wich involve Rheinland. I shall make a change request on this matter. Also if there are any payments to be done for this registration. Please inform me the amount and i will transfer it to the designated bank.
