So if for example a Kusari Navy IDd BS was firing on a Hogosha base for example, and another Kusari Navy ship fires on the BS. Is that a sanctionable offence?

Not going to weigh in on the question, just the topic.

The base in question your ship was shooting at was and is a legal and registered base in Kusari and owned by a faction that the mod lore considers to be lawful.

Your KNF BS shooting at it would be the one behaving OORPly.

Now, thing is...I've seen you on various ships shooting at the base...and when it wasn't shooting at you, you shot at it to force the base to shoot your ship..then complained about it shooting you.

One thing you may not have noticed, or more likely you didn't care about, is that the base was made KNF IFF on January 20th and was kept at KNF IFF for quite some time afterwards. I'll also note that the base was set to not shoot anyone at all, and then observed you and some other ships shooting the base to provoke a hostile reaction.

Now personally, I consider what you've done to be OORP actions. KNF ID shooting a KNF IFF base? Meh, that's up to others to decide...but based on RP issues...the base is lawful and the faction owning it is lawful by mod lore..you dont' have cause to be shooting it.

Purposefully making your ship hostile to the base for the sole purpose of making it shoot at you so that you can shoot it with your battleship is to me an OORP thing. If you want to shoot the base, use an unlawful ship such as a Blood Dragon or Outcast.
