The only thing I feel that is missing is the exploration of the duality if the Gaian movement. An idea of how the Circle is dealing with the growing internal conflict between ideology and criminality would be great.

Personally, I figure criminality is in the eye of the beholder. Ask a cop if stealing is a crime & they will mostly say yes. Ask a Gaian if stealing is a crime & some will say it depends on what caused the need for theft, and ask if that cause is a greater crime in and of itself.
