Yeeeeah... Hogosha aren't going to just give up their base. If anything, this will just make the base shoot MORE people.

And then the Government can give the go ahead for all us KNF and allies to swarm it with caps, and keep shields up until it go's boom. Works for me. I got 4 Mortars mounted then can hit without being hit.

it has what, 7 platforms now? that none the less respawn 15 seconds later after destruction, ya that base is staying for a long time, the KNF OK'ed it, the KSP OK'ed it and the Hogosha so far are obaying Kusarian law. its just the fact people cant land on said station that belongs to the IC or the planet is all they are mad about. its funny atleast for the IC's part, there's a IC station close by if we need cover
I don't find any problem with the station and so far the only people that have a problem with it are those that have lost bases, cant trade there, cant leave Planet New Tyoko because the hogosha want to turn them into sushi and a few angered KNF (not all! ) as far as it goes really, the base is going to stand, and a shot at it is a shot against the government authorization and none the less gets hit with 4 plat forms in the process
