Okay, it has been all nice rp in that threat and as it gets oorp, now, I think it is time for a solution.
I think it is pretty obvious what has happened and what should happen in my opinion.
> Itabashi has caused a lot of trouble.
> The government ignored it, but the voices became too loud.
> The Hogosha did not react, so the government felt that a stern reminder of who is in power is necessary.
> The PM addressed the issue with clear words and a ultimatum, showing strength to the public (and likely hoping for a few more supporters from circles that do not love Hogos).
> The Hogosha would not just give in, as the conditions are clearly very bad (turning over of any POB is oorply unaccetable) and irply they would lose a lot of credibility and power by giving in.
> Consequently the Hogosha would make a counter proposal (like... the obvious: We reprogram the defense grid to KSP, but keep full administration of the base)
> The PM would agree via a spokesperson and everybody would be fine.
Where is the problem?
There are other solutions than:
> we make you red!
> try sieging core 4, muahahah!
Both extreme solutions get close to lolwuttism, so a middle way is what rp would create in reality.
I say it is the Hogosha's turn to make an acceptable counter proposal of how to avert the dangers to civilian shipping and station damage. And it is so easy... if one doesn't make it an oorp struggle for power, which I hope it is not.
