I like the character_name|ship_name variations, like the one you use with the Necrosis.

i kinda had to do it with Mon'Star...

see, the way i see names in FL is basically what your ships computer reads from the other ships computer

in terms of fighters it'd just be the name of the pilot, but with bigger ships i imagine they would have to register them some how and that should be what your in-game name should reflect.

with Mon'Star i needed to put his name in it because well he's kinda got an infamous name so the computer would be showing that as a warning...maybe?

this guy is a nobody so i would think it should just be the ship name
