"During fighting the Order in the Omicrons and Alaska many nomads fell infront of my guns.
The brains are piled up in my cargo hold and not much space is left. I need a license
for my ship, the "HaveHeart", to transport the brains and creatures to Cambridge Research.
I`m solvent and hold 2 millions sirius credits ready."

Dear Commissioner Carlyle,

the date of expiry of my nomad cargo is running out slowly but shurley.
Im glad and thankful that the office has opened now and licenses will be handed out.
We have set a course to bretonia space and will arrive in a few days there to do the
paper work and payment and hopefully recieve a nomad transportation license.
The arrangement fee will be handed over directly to the next BPA officer via sirius credit cards
if accepted.
Hereby I request a lincense for my ship, the "HaveHeart".
