So... errm. Is the way you're handling diplomacy with Rheinland the way you handle diplomacy with all of the houses? I'm only asking because it only looks like the whole that-officially-tagged-ship-that-got-caught-supplying-hessians-was-actually-hijacked-so-it's-not-our-fault-and-we'll-act-ouraged-that-we've-been-found-out-to-be-pulling-that-excuse-out-of-our-bum-so-we-won't-be-paying-any-fines-levied-and-instead-offer-to-donate-to-charity-because-it-suits-us-because-we-think-your-admiral-smells-and-we'll-take-a-dump-on-the-several-attempts-at-letting-our-faction-get-out-of-this-almost-completely-unscathed-and-instead-continue-to-act-like-ponces routine doesn't seem like a way one would think to foster commercial neutrality.
The sentiment I seem to be getting is that the reason for your director's carefree attitude about how OSI shipping in Rheinland ends up is because most of the OSI routes aren't Rheinland based, and that there won't be any consequences to being considered a criminal faction by Rheinland. While it's understandable that you'd be completely fine letting your lore of profitability driven neutrality throughout Sirius (at least ic) to take a back seat to apathy driven from not caring about routes outside of your powertrading favorites, there will be consequences that reach far beyond just Rheinland if you continue to take unnecessary dumps on Rheinland's repeated efforts to let the OSI off the hook with a tiny fine (the original fine was only the price of buying the ore from Diamant, not considering the profits of the run) and a token acknowledgement of Rheinland Lawful ships in Rheinland while flying through there.
While that question is out there, if not because of your relationship with the houses, how exactly do you justify being able to dock zoner 5k's in house space?
