Good afternoon, Zoner-Mow:

Firstly I want to express my deepest condolences for the loss of your base, both times. I know the story perfectly, because I was there in command of my destroyer Concordia, since the conflict started.

I tried to mediate with the AI to reach an agreement that would benefit everyone, but I must admit that I failed completely. I'm totally rookie in the negotiation with this type of artificial entities, and I couldn't get something in common with them.

Later, after you gave your orders to destroy the base in the Kappa jumphole, I briefly participated in the battle that took place when the Nomads attacked the new base, until my ship was destroyed by the numerical superiority of those monsters from hell. His Holiness sent a Pontifical Guard bomber from Crete to support me, but unfortunately arrived late. I lost 43 crewmen, and I miraculously was saved, thanks to Deux, along with 18 other fellow, so I know very well what we are facing and what it means to take sides in this war.

We, the New Covenant Church, believe in the Message that Deux Machina showed our Pontiff. In that message we are ordered to mediate between human conflicts, trying to bring peace and understanding to all of them, in order to increase the strength of the human race and its ability to defend against Nomads. Humans should be united to fight the Evil that comes from the depths of the universe, the Evil that bring the Nomads.

Deux has shown us that the Nomads desire the total extermination of the human race and the conquest of Sirius, and He has given us the Sacred Mission to unite mankind against these Soldiers of Doom. That is why the Holy War against the Nomad is not an option for us, is a Sacred Duty.

We know the risks, and we know that we will face terrible human losses from friends, comrades and brothers. However, all members of the NCC are ready to sacrifice our lives for the good of our race, for the Holy Mission that Deux entrusted to us. We are quite sure, that we must ally with all human features that we can, to increase our strength and defend the Omicrons and the rest of Sirius.

We want to sign this alliance with you, the Zoners who live in Omicron 74, and together defeat the Nomad threat. Staying out of this war is not possible, because we are fighting for the survival of our own species.

We are honored to offer our support, military, economic, diplomatic and with human resources, in all that we can, and our loyal and sacred friendship. This of course also means that we would be ready, with pleasure, to participate in the reconstruction, maintenance and vigilance of your Kappa jumphole defensive base, if you accept it.

We will agree with you to set a time and a place for the signature of the alliance treaty documents, but from this moment we consider ourselves allies of you, the Zoners who live in Omicron 74.
