Right first of all, the reason I personally went for the whole "hijacking" story was because everyone else was suggestion the more, mundane "just say he's rogue and get him to do a name change, kk" routine, sorry but for an Rp server that's just boring, unoriginal and down right rubbish, so i tried something else, im told its been done before but probably nowhere near as much as the whole rogue name change all is fine bit. So sorry for trying something that i thought, was a little different to the usual.
You would be right that our "powertrading" routes dont include Rheinland, but that isn't even in the picture here, inRP we have very little trade in Rheinland, and very little use for the systems themselves, most of our other Rp routes don't require going through Rheinland owned Systems, or to go into them at all.
In our reply to the deal what we stated isn't far from any truth you would find in the real world, nor is trying to seek good publicity with "the people", we accepted the requirement for having military/police escorts, but I pointed out that if we were still pirated, we get "I told you so" rights, so to speak, the Admirals "demand" for an apology is between us InRp, though OOC i could demand an apology from him for the rather abusive words he said about my faction and used towards me in the leader skype chat, if he thought that he should of kept it to himself.
Note that after we replied, we have not had one back since, AT ALL, no message nothing.
the 5k docking rights was put in before my time, by what i can remeber its to do with the OSI ID/Faction, we are allowed to dock 5k transports but are not allowed to buy capitol ships of any kind, that was dictated by admins/Devs and previous OSI leaders, any issues about that, you take up with the Dev team i guess.
