I, Illaria Serbanu was born on planet Manhattan to wealthy parents of Romanian decent from Sol; my father Tiberio Serbanu was former LSF and lawyer, my mother Karina Serbanu was a stock broker for Interspace Commerce. My life was a comfortable life, I attended Fordham Academy, prestigious private secondary school and had a typical life enjoying the company of many friends, excellent grades in school and an ambition to eventually become a titan of the finance industry in Liberty which was ever approaching me. I have a passion for flight and am capable with a fighter, being taught by my father since I was fourteen on our vacations to Curacao and Los Angeles; I am capable in hand to hand combat, mastering the martial arts of Systema and Taekwondo and my aim with a firearm is average. Upon turning eighteen, I along with six of my friends were on vacation on Planet Los Angeles to celebrate our graduation from secondary school; we partied for a while and decided to head downtown for dinner, what we met was a large anti-war demonstration, protesting the Liberty-Rheinland war. The demonstration was enduring a tense stand off with Liberty Navy Military Police and soon turned to bloodshed as the officers opened fire on the crowd, twenty two people were killed, many more arrested, three casualties were my friends, I received a bullet wound to my arm which has since healed.
Reasons for joining us: I have not gotten over what I saw on Los Angeles and I will not sit in the palace my parents expect me to hide in while the government continues to lead Liberty and her people to ruin and tragedy; while it may sound like petty revenge, it is not, I seek to rid my people of this corrupt and tyrannical government. You, the Legion have a similar ideology as myself unlike the rest of the "unlawful" groups in liberty who fight for coin and terror; I am putting my life at risk, and I hope that regardless of whether or not I am accepted, my faith in this organization is well placed.
