'gut Tag Damen und Herren,

I just wanted to Report that I spotted a OSI Vessel in Omega-11, he was hauling Uncut Diamonds, and wasnt not so far away from Diamant Station. He told me he got them from an Daumann Mining Vessel, that got destroyed in Omega-11 because of the radiation. At all I let him pass, because I had no prove that his Diamonds where illigal mined. Just wanted to report in.
