The Directorate has deemed several agents eligible for promotion.

First of all, Sergeant Mark Brown has shown some promise and is therefore promoted to First Lieutenant. It has not been very long since you returned to active duty, but you have already proven yourself. Your career prospects look bright, as long as you carry on.

Agent Susan Hills has been promoted to Sergeant. Your courage and selflessness despite the odds has got our attention. From now on the Field Agents will look up to you, and you're expected to guide them and take decisions in the field when no higher-ranked personnel is available.

John Galliano is promoted to Specialist and assigned to RD&A per request of Administrator Martin Welch. Remember, this is a special kind of job, so I hope you will live up to our expectations.
