Admin Notice: Removing /setmsg Functionality

If you make this new section in forum, you will have a better overview about the opinion and suggestions of the community.

Every change is discussed to "oh its this thread again" point before its made,
Setmsg topic was also raised many times already and public opinnion about it was well known (at least 2 threads i remember). Admins made this decision knowing some people WILL whine about it. "Group chat only" is entirely different question, because it can only be implemented by Cannon, and none in this community has moral right to ask him for anything.

This said, admins still have right to do anything they want, even if whole comunity protests against this. Whining about it, playing drama queen, leaving with loud posts, etc. seems quite lame to any person who understands that we dont have any direct influence over server future (and for good reasons). Only thing we CAN do is offer solutions and express opinions about them.
