while i am at it - i and my team require you to do the following:

- erase or transfer battle logs and any combat documents from the ships computer. we cannot ensure that such date is totally safe when we depart on a scientific mission

- remove personal belongings - once we depart, it will be hard to send such items to their owners without great expense

- if possible empty the docking bays and laboratories
