Hello there, dear neighbors.
This is Elise Pennybrooke speaking on behalf of the Onyx Syndicate.

I know our two awesome organizations have had some dealings in the past; at least, we've granted each other docking permissions at our respective facilities.

Diplomacy is neither my strong point nor something I usually do, but since you guys are cool I'm not worried.

Anyway, we could use your help. Our supply fleet is pretty small, and we're currently expanding our lovely little place. We could use your help bringing in bulk supplies.

Specifically, we need massive amounts of industrial materials for construction purposes. If you guys are interested in lending a hand, please respond in this channel and we can work out the details.
