Just a couple corrections here, if you don't mind. Didn't read much of the background, just the stuff underneath.

The Zone of Operations of 1st Royal Navy, 7th Fleet are within the Zone of Operations of the Gallic Royal Navy with two (2) restricted access areas. These are:
Burgundy
Dauphine
Lorraine

Languedoc:
Considered a hostile system. The Gallic Royal Navy only retains control of the jump gate to Dauphine. Not, under any circumstances, to be patrolled individually. A minimum of 3 vessels are required for entry into this system. Use extreme caution when entering. Be prepared to make contact and defend yourself upon entry.

Languedoc has, for a long time now, been under the control of the GRN.
The extent of Gallic territory now also includes Orkney, Tau-23, Tau-31 (mostly), Tau-44, Lewis, and Edinburgh.

Mollys are now on good terms with Gallia, not hostile. Kusari have become friends with Gallia as well, since their old government was overthrown. LaBrise no longer exist, and the rest of the Unione Corse should be listed as Neutral or Unfriendly (if you had that section). You'll also find yourself at war with Liberty.
