Thought I should pop in as well...

When I first glanced at this, I suspected there would be some misunderstanding of timings. Seems I was right - as Thyrzul and Omicron have already mentioned, you'd only be able to have seen the Colonials in the last 20 years and the Council only in the last 2.

Also, the actual grievance that we inflicted on you could do with some more detail. Other than maybe the Gaians, these are the two factions that know most about having their homes trampled on and being driven out; hardly seems fitting for us to do it to you. Some extra detail about what you did for the hundreds of years beforehand, and of course what you will do just now rather than just attack us.

That grievance with us and in fact the entire diplomacy seems to have been copied from the Outcasts, so why not just use that ID? It would also allow you to do something in-game, as the Freelancer ID without a bounty board is rather useless for anything other than trading. Other than central Gallia for the Council, I'm fairly sure that the Outcasts overlap their ZoI with both factions anyway.
Would also allow you to use some of those Ranseurs...
