Added a timeline of the Commonwealth's history, as well as tweaked the ZoI and the Lore, adding new events that in my opinion, are important to the Commonwealth.

PS: Any addition from now on (Including this addition) is going to be done based on our ingame/forum RP and actions
Diplomacy isn't tweaked yet as I am waiting to talk with members of the factions we ran into for exact opinions over this

Any feedback as well as suggestions and anything else will be appreciated.
