It most certainly is a job! Therefore Lane Security will provide a fighter or bomber, starting equipment, and a sign on bonus depending on the position applied for (See Position Structure).
The sign on bonus will be negotiated at time of hire.
The choice of fighter or bomber may be up to the applicant and may also be subject to current needs of Lane Security overall.
The application process is simple. One must state which position(s) they would feel best suited, a reason why you wish to become Lane Security and if applicable, the name of the Lane Security employee who recommended you to apply.
All applications are reviewed thoroughly and by the board of directors and myself. We will do our upmost to give swift responses and logical reasons for whatever decision we may come to.
