You heard now . Replacing a broken cap with a new one is common . And it will not go down for many ears (the capacitator) . Imagine that many of us leave in countries with the minimum wage of 150 Euro (taxable) . A new rig for playing Freelancer would be at least 200 Euro , so figure how easy it is to buy a new PC .
