Fortunately for Robert, the hat was made of a material similar to denim or some inside-leather, the same material fedoras used to be made with. This allowed the hat to be easily repaired from any "damage" by simply pushing the hit part in the opposite direction from the inside.

" Merci " he said as he took the hat from the Doctor's hands, pushing it from the inside with his fingers to fix it. He then pat it again to make sure it's cleared of dust, and then he put it back on his head.

" I guess you were sent for me, non? You don't mind if I tell you I am completely fine, I hope " he said, smiling.

" There's no need to worry for me as long as head is still on my shoulders, monsieur. I still appreciate your concern for me, it definetly means something " he said in an attempt to assure the doctor.

Robert didn't want to receive medical service or inspection, he didn't see the need for it considering it was just a faint hit, nothing more. And he didn't like the image of him being under medical control in the middle of the amphiteatre
