Base run by???

They are defined...lol.go through the universe ini an find a base run by the coalition or even the wild,their bases have run by codes jut like the vanilla factions,without this code in the universe ini the game wouldn't know who runs the base.and they are use,for instance when you change the value it changes what faction runs the base in question if your online or not it makes
No difference.these codes are needed for the game to recognize what faction runs what bases.if anyone has a list let me know or I will go to work making one.
