My query is why would you ever want to own something that could potentially kill you? The law generally do a good job guys, guns are just murder tools. Again, I'm in the UK and I'm kind of intimidated that this sort of tech could get here, a country where people don't own guns (other than landowners with hunting liscences and farmers) and quite frankly don't need to. But if these things replace our knife crime issue then we have a serious problem.
Some people value the ability to defend oneself when the law is unreliable.
