When the Exiled Council Auxiliary Liberation Force first made contact with the Primary Fleet regarding the subject of a possible station in Roussillon, they did so in space, "on the fly". The fellow councilman was then directed to the Neural Net to address the High Command, or at least Roussillon Command with such proposition with the recommendation of the usage of the official request form presented in the Laws of The Gallic Council. There was no message towards any of the mentioned leadership boards on the Neural Net coming from said auxiliary fleet ever since then. The base appeared out of nowhere, hasn't been registered yet, it's nowhere in the database, so basically, it does not exist officially.

In the meanwhile however, instead of registering the base, you were building up an unauthorized base to core level 4, et as you said, you built a Jump Drive factory, to which no permission was given. Where are those Jump Drives? What payment do you expect from the Primary Liberation Navy for something we neither asked, nor gave permission for?

Then you claim you did all of this alone. That is just impossible, et the notion of me being fool enough to believe you is just insulting. There is evidence of your station being supplied by whom your people found having trade vessels with huge enough cargo capacity, regardless of affilitation. This includes a good few tradeships entering the system illegally, which then gets us to another law breach on your side.

Basically, this station proves to be of no use of The Council Primary Liberation Force, only taking a spot illegally, somewhere in the nebulae of Roussillon, drawing unwanted attention to the system through it's suppliers. However I look at it, I can only find only cons, but no pros, Monsieur. Despite this, up until now I turned a blind eye on it and tried to reduce the negative effects of the station by other means. But if you keep this disrespectful tone up or continue your series of law breaches, I may suddenly lose my patience et issue the immediate termination of the station. You know, Monsieur, that I have the legal means as well as the neccessary force to do so. Such scenario would be unfavorable for both of us as I rather cooperate et I bet you would want to keep your station intact too, but if the removal of it would bring peace back within Roussillon, I will not hesitate. The choice is yours.

Lastly, by my most recent information of the Exiled Council Auxiliary Liberation Force is that it was disbanded, their assets reorganized. Considering this, it is a surprise to see Council vessels still flying under that banner. Could you please explain this, et that why you are the only one still bearing those tags?
