Greetings senors and the respected leaders of both the maltese armed forces and the commonwealth. We have heard about the Commonwealth's plans to extend one of our Freeports in the Tau sector and so we are willing to help turning it into reality. We are willing to fund the monthly payments and assist them. Though we will not control the base it is up to the Commonwealth's leaders to decide if //admin tier2pwd will be granted. However, if the maltese nation can trust the zoners in exchange we are willing to allow immediate access to one of our hidden freeport in Sigma-17. We've had some problems with other factions in the area regarding outcast presence in the system but as it is we are willing to turn the other cheek. I should state that The Zoner Alliance is comprised mostly by millitary commanders but we do have a trading branch to assist The Commonwealth. This is our first official contact with the maltese nation and we are hoping to be a good one as well.
If the maltese nation declines our proposal, we inclined to ask a different solution which will help The Commonwealth's plans.
