I would like to thank the Zoner Alliance for raising a helping hand in hope of advancing the Commonwealth's interests but, with much pity, I must say that, after careful deliberation, the Commonwealth has no other choice but to decline this generous offer of assitance.

Since the postpone of our operations, the Commonwealth has directed much of its attention to other discreet matters and as such, we wouldn't be having the required assets to deal with the responsibility of supplying and administrating an Annex at this time.

The Commonwealth is known for keeping a strict policy regarding the secrecy of its business and holding the intimacy between its associates and itself. The fact that the Zoner Alliance knows about our deals means that someone violated our policies and as such, I would like to ask the Zoner Alliance how did you obtain this information, if it is possible?
