I was there as a NovaPG, you F1'd out and we continued chasing you until the 59 sec delay kicked in and removed your ship from the system.

You were told to stop in chugoku and failed to do so. We chased you and made you into an example for other traders who might consider doing the same to us.

Hessians for example. If someone say they cant go to sigma13, my question is why? Presence of hessians in sigma13 is absolutly RP clear. They are unlawful, they can ignore politic inpacts (not like navy from kusari or rheinland). Sigma13 is only one jump from NB... it is border sector which is used mostly for diamond bussines between kusari and rheinland. Kill diamond bussines from Rheinland is one of hessian goals. Sigma13 is full of corsairs... fight again corsairs is another hessian goal. It is in ZOI of Outcasts. Outcasts are hessian alies, help to outcast is another hessain goal. Hessians have full right to be here and I thing dragons can find RP reason too

Actually, there only pirate NPCs in sigma 13 are corsairs and outcasts.

No hessians whatsoever, therefore I fail to see any reason for hessian ID'd players to be there (brunschuh on the other hand goto yanagi for supplies, sot he occasional one won't bother me, a fleet would).

Also, us NovaPG rarely go into sigma 13 and if we do theres a good reason:-

1) taking out a corsair/BHG (usually independents) fleet before it gets into chugoku

2) chasing a trader

3) helping out a NovaPG pilot

That last reason is why we first went into sigma 13 on saturday night, because a bunch of independent corsairs starting attacking one of our BS's that was there.
