Moquitos patrol report consol

[Heraklion]

Fenice D'oro, this is Kat.

I am returning from my patrol, ETA in 10 minutes. My ship has substained medium damage. I am sending the recon images to you now.

It appears our cousins are closer then we initially thought, I found an asteroid base alot like Cali in the asteroid field nearby in grid E7





20 minutes later I stumbled upon a jumphole in grid G4 after running some scans I decided to jump through.





Arrived at the other side I found myself in a dense cloud, being fired upon by defense platforms. I took some direct hits before I managed to get away and most of my systems are malfunctioning. I'm afraid they also managed to hit the high definition camera... and my navmap ... I think the jumphole is being guarded by 4 or 5 platforms.



Upon jumping my scanners also picked up a large dense object nearby. Turns out to be a planet, I assume a gas giant but i'm not completely sure. It had a base in it's orbit but unfortunatly I couldn't get close enough to get a photograph.



Nothing more to report for now. I'm coming in for repairs.
