Ever notice there can be 30 car accidents in a day that do not make news, but 1 truck is involved, and it is front page?
As to good bye to "luxurious way of life?" say good bye to everything. There is not 1 household item that is not delivered/transported by a truck to where you purchase it.
I know Ryoken, but I wish everyone would be able to see it that way... I guess it's easy to point the finger at someone else. A collegeau of mine once came up with a philosophy that went something like this: "If the consumer goes to the store and his goods aren't there, he rages that the delivery is overdue. So suppliers start giving penalties to the transporters that don't deliver in time... So transporters have to deliver faster even though they are speed limited and have no control over traffic jams and what so ever. A trucker on his way to the store is involved in an accident and the same consumer points the finger at the trucker. But shouldn't he be pointing it at himself?"

Ok so you claim the whole "0 responsibility, 0 guilt" philosophy.. But you began this whole tirade by posting pics of cars mutilated in such ways that the driver's death was assured, with the prideful statement that people who cross you on the highway end up like this, in a fashion that any reasonable person would describe as sociopathic. Seriously, what is your problem.
And as for the fanboys... come back when you have drivers licenses.
You have to be a real psycho if you don't give a frak if you run over someone... The fact is that people ALWAYS point the finger at the truckdriver whenever something happens. A while ago a collegeau of mine had to deal with a jumper when he passed underneath a bridge. There was no way he could have avoided to hit that girl since she jumped right in front of his truck. He can't be blamed for anything but yet he feels guilty and still there are people who have to make his life more miserable and call him a murderer.
Another example, 2 weeks ago a buddy of mine was driving on a road in France that had 1 lane in each direction. The car that came from the other direction suddenly went out of his lane and crashed into my buddies truck HEAD ON. Obviously the driver of the car didn't make it. And again some people point the finger at my buddy and call him a murderer.
