I am just pointing out that for it is funny how people do not mind being asked 100% in cargo.

Which I call a false assumption. Do it and I'll bail. Pirate as much as you can carry and we're talking. Being able to carry everything does not mean you need to ask for it though. You'll only get 3k out of it after blowing up the trader, so make that your maximum and chances are both sides get out of it still having fun.
The only situation I'm actually giving up all of my cargo is when caught smuggling. That's the fun in smuggling.
