Good day commanders of the Council. I am Fleet Admiral of Order primary fleet and by that supreme commander officer of The Order as a whole.

I was reading through laws of star systems that you deem your own and I was unable to find permission for Order vessels to dock and travel through Roussilon system which happens to be under your total control. I am quite sure this is just an oversight and we can come to agreement considering co-operation between our two groups.

As my pilots carry out increased numbers of patrols across Tau, Bretonia and independent worlds, we are in need to access your space. Roussilon is located in strategic position between Baffin, Tau sector and Bretonia - shortcut we can use. Beyond small war frames ranging from light fighter to gunboat chassis you may see occasional transports of civilian and Liberty origin. It is yet to see whether Roussilon provides opportunity for either purchasing or selling certain materials we have in abundance.
