It is nice to hear from you again. We have already met once, in Gallia, but I do not expect you to remember me from over a year ago. Je suis Colonel Pierre LaFlamme, leader of the Roussillon Battlegroup.

Regarding your access to the system, non, it's not an oversight: up until now The Order did not request trespass through Roussillon, but I welcome your intentions to expand to the nearby Tau systems. If the recent rumors deem to be correct, the aid of your organization will be useful at least.

Et then we are at topic here: the rumors. It is being said that the bane of Sirius, the Nomads, have already reached and infested the Gallic Royalty. Needless to say, that bunch of aristocrats were already dangerous enough to lead a whole nation, now with alien involvement the issue got way more serious than before. As far as I know, you are the experts when it comes to these aliens, et I am ready to work with you, but for that I would require you to share specific information with me, information which I deem necessaire to keep our cooperation as effectíf as possible.

For a start, I would like to ask you to share all of your information gathered about the Fallen Grace uprising, the groups involved in it, the estimated level of infection among the royalist forces et along with this, all of your data regarding ex-director Lelouch D'Aramis et his Fallen Grace Rebels. I would like to have a clear picture of the situation to plan et act accordingly in the future.

With this all, I would also like to request you to provide the necessaire tools et knowledge of methods of filtering possible Nomad infections. In my opinion it is unlikely that any infection has ever occurred among our ranks, however I rather take preventíf measures than purge afterwards at the cost of valuable lives.

In exchange for this I am ready to grant permission of passage et docking for all Order vessels with the exception of Task Force 141. Their previous actions compromised them in the eyes of The Council High Command, and thus been considered unwelcome within Council Space. Et along with this The Council offers full scale cooperation in military et covert operations within the Tau systems. I hope that balances our deal, but if you have anything to comment on, feel free to tell. I am awaiting your answer, Fleet Admiral Golanski.
