It is only logical you will be told about Nomad issue that corrupts Sirius for two decades already.

I remember you, LaFlamme but was not aware of you becoming chief commander of Roussilon segment of the Council in the meantime. Our contact since then was mostly limited to Col. Giroux who administrates Gallic core worlds army of yours.

It is/was only matter of time until Nomads would take interest in Gallia. In 141's case, I will see whether their leadership is interested in at least attempting gaining pardon, however it is all up to them and you hold final decision. Their operatives have also gathered majority of data concerning Nomad influence in Royal ranks.

We do have limited capability to identify Nomad infestation up close, however technology is not suited for mass screening of population and due to lack of alive "test subjects" - results vary and equipment is continously developed prototype. That is one of reasons we generally avoid to spread unnecesary rumours. However recently this technology has progressed enough to allow process of systhematical but slow scanning chain of command from the very top, going downards.

I am willing to share number of those newly released prototypes to Council, both Roussilon and Giroux's forces, who I myself promised sharing reliable examples once available.

They come in two varieties: Portable and full-scale lab-based machinery. Scan requires point blank contact with the suspect, kept for varying ammount of time - portable device regularly is given 15 minute window to collect data. For maximum effectivness, test subject must be fully aware - unconscious and sleeping subjects decrease chances of succesful scan and actual Das Wilde do not need to sleep as we do.

As you can see, Wilde will realize what operator is up to - therefore armed escort is neccesary to ensure safety. You will never capture alive Wild for interrogation - parasite will either terminate itself through failsafes installed in the host or take as many humans it can to the grave.
