You may have misunderstood me, The Cerberus has already informed us about what this Nomad threat of Sirius is, in general, et however I would like to know more details about them, I am rather curious about what your knowledge is regarding the recent events et what I earlier specified about them. While the fight against the Gallic royalty is not your concern other than the current government poses a threat to Sirius, it is mine, et I would like to know more about the new "players" entering into this fight. Et I believe you could provide valuable information in this matter.

Regarding Task Force 141, I hope they make the right decision, et the least thing is that they don't repeat their mistakes. I expect them to be mature enough not to.

About the Nomad detection: mass scanning not being an option is not an issue here, I believe we can organize obligatoire scanning among our ranks et later the civilian population. If there is an infection, it will be revealed, one way or another.

However I would like to know a bit more information of these devices, specificallement the available amount to purchase, the size of each type, further conditions of operation if there is anything you didn't mention yet, the costs of purchase with the additional costs of installment et any other equipment required to operate them. I will also request training for officers of The Council regarding the proper usage of the current prototypes. On the other hand, I am ready to offer a group of scientist from our Technology and Advancement Division to aid your people in any way they can in the development of more precise et sophisticated scanning devices. I hope our scientists will be of good use in case you need them.
