Well, you could simply edit it to open your faction proposal to discussion. That way, you could benefit from the opinion of others and improve your faction's starting information, so that more people may want to join it.
If you leave it that way, you might not have a lot of candidates as your faction sheet is pretty sketchy, it needs to be a little more fleshed out to attract attention.

What exactly is wrong with the premise of North Koreans... That's what gives it it's uniqueness... I had thought about doing it with just a Communist Party military wing... Then we could RP quasi-legal right? The RP wouldn't work for a Quasi-Legal North Korean faction.

Of course it gives uniqueness, but it also gives silliness. North Koreans in the 23rd century. Huh.
Why not regular Japanese-speaking commies? Sure, if you want to put in Koreans, too as members, no problem, but the organization would make more sense if it was Kusarian/Japanese and not...North Korean.
