Official statement :-

Vessel <ZA>Blue-Balls is not a member of the Zoner Alliance.

We suspect this is the person that tried hacking out docking system data base and stool all encrypted data on the
<ZA> docking permits...
This is why the ZA were forced to reprogram and encode all ZA ships with a new encrypted |ZA| docking permits...
