I have such "Wasp" keyholder gun since I am 16 years old- saved me twice from robbery shot it one only. It costs around 15 € and exists since 2000 or even earlier.
I guess the cultural differences matter here, growing up in the post-communistic apocalypse in bad neighbourhood gives to the people traits and experiences.
