Hold up, I think you are confusing "Species" with "Race" when you say "you're being racist" you are referring to different races within the human species, so there is more than one human race. Black people, white people, and asian people being the most obvious, though there are others, and mixes, ect.

Regarding Turkey I'd say they don't have a notable presence on any sleeper ship since they most likely were heavily devastated during the war and among the first to get overrun when the Coalition gained the upper hand. Their highest population would probably exist on board the Rheinland since the game apparently takes into account the high number of immigrants in RL-Germany (hence some Rheinland NPCs carrying turkish names).
