My name is Ray Carter. I am working with my close friend and colleague - John Galliano. We are a part of DSE.
We, along with our followers and workers from Denver and Texas are planning on building a base in Liberty space.


Location

We are planning to deploy our base near Detroit Munitions, New York system.
It has come to out atention that Detroit Munition has recently been attacked a number of times by different outlaw parties.
We have chosen that location because it helps up fulfill a number of goals.

Goals

The base, being in close proximity to Detroit Munitions, will provide additional protection for both stations.
We hope that wil put an end to the raids.
Also, the base will act as a prodiction facility and trade center.
We plan on constructing and selling both light and heavy equipement, and selling them to Liberty forces.

Modules

The first modules we are planning to build on the base are the following:
- 1x Shield Generator
- 1x Cargo Module
- 1x Defence Platform

After those modules are constructed and operational, we will build some of the following modules:

- Additional Defence Platform/s
- Additional Cargo Modules
- Core Upgrade

Personnel

The basic Personnel, upkeeping the base, will consist anywhere from 200 to 400 people.
Additionally, there will be security and engineers.


Affiliation

The base will be affiliated with Deep Space Engineering.
After the base defence is up and running, the docks will be open to Liberty forces and civilians.


Terms and Agreements

We have read and agreed with Liberty's Laws, regarding base ownership.
We have agreed to pay the monthly fee.
