I don't really see why would have our involvement mean excluding yourselves, if notified, The Council neither could nor would have been wishing to replace Task Force 141 in what position you had within the operation. Nor I do understand why you let anybody else other than The Order decide about whether you should ask for our consent or not. It was indeed your own decision to, if at least not invite, but notify us or not about the upcoming events.
However I note et appreciate that you are willing to work with us, et don't worry, I am not interested in names from your ranks, rather in things I have already listed to the Fleet Admiral earlier. In exchange to that information, I can grant you entry et docking permissions into Roussillon. Although, keep in mind that I am not the only one responsible for Council relations, et Council space within Gallia is the domain of Colonel Aubert Giroux, regarding access to those systems et bases, you will need to contact him. But I assume this could be a good start for that as well.
Sincerement,
Colonel Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Chef de Groupement tactique Roussillonnaise
