[Kane]

Captian Kougi was on-board his Destroyer when a massive signature pinged on radar.
Kougi: What was that?
Nav Officer: Dunno sir... trying to... Oh my god...
DarkStar's Battlestar decloaked almost on top of the Jinsei-Akki. Hanging over it like some a lioness over her kill, the Battlestar sent torrents of energy scattering into the hostiles arrayed against it. One of the Kirshiro gunboats simply dissapeared as an inferno and two battle razors converged at the same spot. Another two infernos raced out and punched away Kougi's shields.
Kougi: All hands, abandon ship! All hands---
Another three battle razors impacted and the Destroyer flew apart.
Solaris chain guns poped up from their hatches on the Battlestar and sent deadly bolts of golden light screaming into the hostile fighters.

Tractor beams came to light and targeted the escape pod and the Phantom marines in space. Again and again, the massive energy batteries on DarkStar's ship spat bolts of deadly anti-matter into anything that was not Phantom. On the bridge, DarkStar smiled.
"Yesss... Burn. Burn! You will all die in the end! Let me hasten that day!" His eyes gleamed as more ships died.
"Prep a shuttle. I'm going to see what happened to our marines on the Jinsei-Akki."
DarkStar himself walked down to the starboard ship bay. His own outfit was not the bulky armor of his marines, but a close-fitting uniform of pure black. His "helmet" consisted of a mask over his mouth and nose, almost like a turtle-neck collar.
6 marines went with him. 4 had the Flechette guns patented by DarkStar, and two had 50 Cal. APHE chainguns. The two with chainguns had larger backpacks to house the ammo.
"Well now... Let's go pay the Jinsei-Akki a viset, hmm?" The marines laughed and followed DarkStar into the shuttle.

(Just a side note; Some of ya'll don't seem to know what i'm talking about with my funky terms, such as Powered Armor or Therm-Optic Camo. Let me explain.
For Powered Armor, think of an 18th century knight. Now add two inches of Adimantium plating to the plates and hardened joints. The suit is almost like an exo-skeleton, with the marine inside it using a computer to interperate his movements on the controls to the outside features, such as fingers, hands, feet, and so on. The whole things weighs around 2 tons. There is a backpack on the back of the suit that contains a miniature fusion reactor to power the suit. Powered Armor is a sealed environment, so it works in a vacum. You basicly need something like anti-tank weapons to take one out. Light and medium arms don't do a lot, if anything
Therm-Optic Camo stands for Thermal/Optical Camouflage. It hides the wearer from normal sight and from thermal sight as well. Well, almost. If you stand still they won't know your there untill they bump into you. If you move, there is a bit of a blur. You know someone is there, but it's still hard to hit them.
