Et while you requested no compensation, I still would like to offer you our aid. If you provide us with a list of necessaire commodities et equipment to construct said devices, I will be able to assign a few traders from our Trade and Supply Division to get those materials. Et notify us once the full scaled ones become available, s'il vous plait.

Regarding the exchange of data et information, I will notify Docteur Lavoisier to prepare a handful of scientists et medics for it et I will also get several of my men to learn from your agents. I expect no obstacles at sharing what we know with eachother.
